Standard fees:

$150 per 50-minute individual coaching session
$275 when 2 sessions are booked in advance
$400 when 3 sessions are booked in advance.
$550 when 4 sessions are booked in advance.
$600 when 5 sessions are booked in advance.
$1200 when 10 sessions are booked in advance.

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and Zelle payments.

Rates for Seniors, Military and First Responders:

Seniors (65+), active-duty military members and their families, and first responders and their families pay $100 per session. No additional discounts are available.

Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t keep your appointment. If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
